Ijeoma Ndukwe, popularly known as “Nwanyiakamu” is the MD/CEO of Bubez Foods, a food processing company. The name Ijeoma needs no prolonged introduction in the business arena. No doubt she has distinguished herself and has become an authority in her own right. This conference is put together to help potential participants live their best life. There is nothing as powerful as a valid and timely information. Information is light. It lightens one’s path and energizes one to achieve purpose. If you live in Abuja or know someone who does, or maybe you have plans to be in Abuja in February; please do not miss this conference. You can’t go beyond the level of information at your disposal. Truth is, you rise in proportion to the level of your information. To be informed is to be empowered and transformed. The Bubez Centre for Business Development has positioned itself as a centre for Business and Life Clarity Development. Founded in 2008 by Ijeoma Ndukwe, the centre was created with a mission to help entrepreneurs enhance productivity by harnessing their potentials and hunger for success. It successfully hosted its first 2 events, a ‘Be your Best Series’, in 2008 and 2015 respectively. The first event which held at Chelsea Hotel, Abuja had 60 women in attendance, with speaker, Mr Sesan Awonoiki speaking on the topic, “In pursuit of excellence”. The 2nd of the series held at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja with Mr. Tonye Cole, Mrs Dayo Benjamin and founder and host, Ijeoma Ndukwe speaking with 80 women in attendance. In 2017, having successfully grown her own company, Bubez Foods, from a N200 start-up to a record 9 figures in Investments and 7 figures in Sales, Ijeoma followed the fiery need to make more impact and share with other Entrepreneurs the skills she had learnt from growing her own business. In direct response to this, the Bubez Centre extended its reach through an online school platform where she teaches present and aspiring entrepreneurs, through her own experiences, how to harness their potentials, gain clarity, challenge mediocrity and foster excellent business achievements. With a growing online community reaching across the globe, including the United States and Saudi Arabia, and teachings centred on the importance of understanding purpose and gaining clarity to business successes, the Bubez Centre soon became a centre of hope and inspiration for people. This also led to several speaking engagements majorly centered on purpose, clarity and business development & success across the country. In 2018, which is the tenth-year anniversary of the Bubez Centre, The White Lilies initiative was launched. Through her online teachings, the founder and facilitator, Ijeoma receives hundreds of messages frequently from people hurting in different areas of their lives. People, who are broken and have lost hope on a way forward in their lives. Understanding that there is little or nothing she can say or do for these people by herself, Ijeoma went on to set up The White Lillies, which is a Faith-Based organization aimed at reviving hope and inspiring women and men alike to live a purposeful life. Over the course of the years and through her different businesses and career, Ijeoma believes that God has taken her through a preparation course to purpose discovery and its fulfillment, on which The White Lilies is founded. The heart of this organization is centered on the knowledge that hope and true peace comes only from God and faith in his word. As a result, Ijeoma, through The White Lilies, is postured to help the growing Bubez Tribe revive their hope for life and come to the fullness of their potential through God.
